Rolf Rhodes, a Mendon resident, claimed his second $1 million prize in 18 months, the Massachusetts State Lottery announced.
He bought a ticket for the “$4,000,000 Instant Jackpot” instant game at the Imperial Gas and Country Store on Millville Road in Mendon.
Rhodes had already won a $1 million prize on May 22, 2018. He was playing the “Hit $1,000” $10 instant game after buying a ticket in Milford.
He chose to get this price in 20 annual payments of $50,000, before taxes.
