It was announced today that Quebecers over the age of 18 can move their appointment for their second COVID-19 vaccine up to as soon as eight weeks after their first injection.
The Province of Quebec is aiming to have all Quebecers fully vaccinated by the end of August 2021.
To move your date up it will start with 80 year olds as of this coming Monday June 7, 2021 through the online booking system Clic Santé. When your new appointment is scheduled the older one will automatically be cancelled. Younger age groups will be allowed to rebook their appointment as well in the coming days.

“Over 500,000 doses of Pfizer-BioNtech COVID-19 vaccines will be arriving in Quebec every week in June. Our goal is to have the entire province of Quebec vaccinated,” said Quebec’s Health Minister Christian Dubé.
“This is huge,” added Dubé. He also was praising the vaccinators for working such long hours across the whole province.
