A total of 7,202 cases of COVID-19 have been diagnosed in Alberta, including 64 reported on Monday. Since Alberta made tests available to anyone who wanted one on May 12, 14,853 tests of asymptomatic people have been completed. Six of those tests were positive; the patients had no symptoms, no connection to known cases and no connection to an outbreak.
Two more COVID-19 deaths reported in Saskatchewan
The latest COVID-19-related deaths in the province are both in the Far North region, the province announced on Monday. One person was in their 60s while the other was in their 70s.
There were also four new COVID-19 cases diagnosed, including three in the Saskatoon region and one in the Far North region.
