One new case, located in Newfoundland and Labrador’s Eastern Health region, has been identified.
It increases the province’s total to 257. Among the diagnoses, there are 189 recoveries, three deaths and six people in hospital, which includes three in intensive care.
As of April 18, there have been 5,871 people in N.L. who have been tested for COVID-19.
