Quebec reported 1,094 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday, the third day in a row with more than 1,000 cases.
A total of 93,391 cases have now been confirmed in Quebec.
While no deaths were reported in the previous 24 hours, the province attributed six more deaths to the virus: three between Oct. 11 and 16; one before Oct. 11 and two from unknown dates.
The number of hospitalizations increased by 10 to 527. Of those patients, 88 are in intensive care, which is an increase of three.
Montreal was once again the region with the most new cases, reporting 235.
A total of 39,203 cases have now been confirmed in the city.
