With 1,666 recoveries, this marks the second straight day of a decline in active cases. Today’s drop was 89 to 20,072, after it declined by two on Friday.
The 13 additional deaths bring the provincial toll to 697. Most of the deaths were in Calgary and Edmonton, with non new deaths in the South Zone.
There are 681 Albertans in hospital, down by three, and 128 in ICU, up by five.
With 20,227 tests done in the last day, that gives Alberta a one-day positivity rate of 7.9 per cent, down from Friday’s 8.3 per cent
