Region of Waterloo Public Health added 14 new coronavirus cases to its dashboard on Monday morning.
A majority of the new cases are the result of close contact with another positive case.
There have now been 1,706 total cases here since March.
Here are some other updates from the dashboard Monday:
161 active cases, one is receiving treatment in hospital for COVID-19
1,425 resolved cases (84 per cent)
120 deaths in the region have been linked to the virus. No additional deaths have been reported since August 21
Over 87,000 tests have been done (numbers will be updated again on Tuesday)
Meantime, there are ten outbreaks, including one at Kitchener-Waterloo Collegiate, where a student and staff member tested positive for the virus.
