KELLY Clarkson claimed estranged husband, Brandon Blackstock, has “defrauded her out of millions” in legal docs filed amid the couple’s nasty divorce.
Their bitter split has heated up with the singer’s latest explosive allegations against her baby daddy – who also served as her personal manager for years.
According to legal documents filed with the California Labor Commission and first obtained by OK!, Brandon “defrauded Kelly by charging exorbitant fees.”
Now, Kelly, 38, allegedly wants the earnings she feels is rightfully hers back in the pair’s ongoing divorce war.
The recently uncovered documents were filed in October – one month after her ex-father-in-law, Narvel Blackstock, and his Starstruck Management, claimed Kelly owed them $1.4million and potentially millions more from her earnings on The Voice.
In the legal papers, Kelly also alleged Brandon and his dad Narvel were a “fraudulent and subterfuge device” for her managers to perform “illegal services” as agents – despite the pair being unlicensed in the state of California – where their family moved last year.
She and her attorney, Edwin McPherson, are now demanding a large chunk of money from the firm due to “wrongful acts and conduct” from Starstruck and the Blackstocks.
“All agreements between the parties, should be declared void and unenforceable, no monies should be paid by [Clarkson] to [Starstruck Management and the Blackstocks].
“All monies previously paid by [Clarkson] to [Starstruck Management and the Blackstocks] should be disgorged forthwith,” the court papers said.
The Stronger songstress has been represented by the management team for 13 years and over the course of that time, has exponentially grown her reported $45 million fortune.
