The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) squad is asking for the public’s help in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for breaching his statutory release.
Kevin Magoffin, 37, is described as an Indigenous male, five feet nine inches, 177 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
He is currently serving a four-and-a-half-year sentence for 13 counts of robbery, two counts of assault with intent to commit robbery, and three counts of assault and theft.
The offender is known to frequent the Barrie, Wasaga Beach, Ottawa and Toronto areas.
